Leading Wealth Management group who specialise in Investments and Insurance are recruiting a Tax Analyst to join the team. This role will offer the right person the opportunity to get exposure to all aspects of a multi-national finance function while working within the tax team. Main Responsibilities: Work closely with local finance teams and EMEA tax and finance staff to ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation of quarterly and annual US GAAP tax reporting requirements - drive tax provision consistency and best practices. Review of EMEA tax reporting submissions to ensure they reflect proper application of US GAAP, tax structuring actions and the consistent application of intercompany transactions. Co-ordinating and training of local finance teams on the US GAAP tax reporting procedure. Assisting with the management of the tax return process. Assisting the tax structure and transfer pricing teams. Requirements: Professional Accounting qualification along with a tax qualification. Minimum of 3- 4 years' experience. (Working towards a Tax Qualification) and a Tax Specialist (Tax Qualification. In the tax function of a large MNC or a Big 4 environment. Working knowledge of international tax and/or transfer pricing principles is an advantage. Previous experience within multinational environment. Strong time management skills along with abilities to meet deadlines for US GAAP reporting is essential. A positive, energetic, fun attitude with a strong understanding of analytics.
