Contracts Manager (building Main Contractor) - Dublin. €NEG + Package. Our client is one of Ireland’s largest and most successful main contracting companies. Established for over fifty years they have a proven track record of managing diverse and complex projects in a variety of sectors including the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Healthcare Industries in addition to large-scale Commercial, Residential and Leisure developments. This is a key appointment and the successful candidate can enjoy a fruitful career with excellent promotional prospects with this contractor. You will be suitably qualified and already have proven your ability to manage successfully a wide range of building projects ranging from €2m to €40m. You will have experience in running multiple projects at one time. The successful applicant will have full responsibility for their projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be energetic and dynamic along with having excellent people management / interpersonal and communication skills to operate at this Senior Management level. Please note that previous contracts management or senior PM experience with a large main contractor is essential for this role.
