Senior Duty Manager / Assistant FOH Manager, 4* Hotel - North Dublin. Our Client, a fantastic 4* Hotel based in North Dublin have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Duty Manager / Assistant FOH Manager to join their team. You will be reporting to the Hotel Manager and will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel, as well as supporting the Senior Management in the day to day operations. The Role. Exciting & varied role. Assisting in day-to-day Hotel Operations. Coordinating and managing staff. Dealing with guest relations. Meeting and greeting guests & clients. Conference & Banquet set-up and execution. Employee Training, Coaching & Performance Management. Support all departments within the hotel. Motivate, guide & support all staff. Have the knowledge & ability to work in all Front of House departments - Restaurant, Bar, Banquets, Reception etc. Experien ce. Manager/Duty Manager experience. Conference & Banqueting, Restaurant, Reception & Bar experience. People Management experience; Training, Coaching, Performance Management. Availability to work five over seven days. Benefits.
