We are now looking for a highly talented Graphic and Labeling Coordinator who will provide support on a global basis for Diabetes Care Graphics & Labelling teams working closely with marketing, regulatory affairs, operations, manufacturing plants and quality. Based in the Dun Laoghaire office and reporting to the Graphics Team Lead you will coordinate and drive efforts on a global basis to support the diabetes care injection portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with cross functional teams to fully define scope of graphics and labelling projects. Ensure all interdependencies are captured and accounted for in the overall schedule and resource model; Communicate proactively with all stakeholders EU & Unit RA, Legal, Marketing, etc. on packaging graphics needs. (Compatibility tables, ISO standards, Market specific requirements, claims, language configuration, translations and branding); Communicate proactively with all manufacturing plants and vendors to in terms to provide clarification on the packaging specifications and vendor’s specific requirements; Work closely with the Graphics Lead to ensure overall alignment of the graphics and labelling Workstream with all other BD Graphics; Liaise with graphics team lead and provide consolidated redlines to graphics technicians both in-house and with external vendors; Receive draft artwork/specifications from Graphics team, reviewing and in turn sending to stakeholders for review; Review and approve drawings / documents in SAP during formal SAP ECO approval process. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical Graphics production, preferably at a project coordination level. You will have a proven ability to coordinate and deliver on multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the BD Diabetes Care Graphics Projects, planning and deliverables. This role would be well suited to an individual who has led cross functional project teams and is confident carrying responsibility for the scope and delivery of complex projects across geographies. You should display excellent project coordination, communication and prioritisation skills. The ideal candidate will have solid educational background with qualifications in Graphic Design, Engineering and/or Project Management. You must have a clear understanding of packaging requirements within a healthcare setting, coupled with strong graphic development experience. You should be familiar with the printing processes – both process and spot colors, color separation, Typography, Adobe Acrobat comparison. You will be familiar with Mac based Adobe suite, TVT, WebCenter, Image Compare and Barcode Studio. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
