We are currently recruiting for a Office Manager for our client who are a growing business in Dublin 8. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office. Duties will include: * Supervision of Administration Team. * Overseeing smooth running of a busy office. * Booking meetings and travel arrangements. * Manage employee leave. * Coordinate staff training programmes. * Liaise with IT Dept on any IT/System issues. * Liaising with Project Managers on client fee's. * Create new client account details, ensuring all necessary information is provided. * Meet & greet clients.
