In this role you will drive efficiencies and effectiveness' through the Talent Acquisition Team with the design of new processes and the implementation of new and ongoing management of existing technologies. Technical support & reporting - day to day technical support for the wider global team, ongoing monitoring and reporting of system uptake and usage, implementation of system enhancements and changes required to meet current and future requirements. Compliance - key point of contact globally for compliance related queries. Change projects - Project Analyst and key driver in the redefined recruitment strategy. Leading key project workstreams from concept through to measurement and continuous improvement. Team capability and business training - key spokesperson in socialising change, efficiencies and effectiveness' throughout the HR function.
