In this role you will play a key part of a team organising the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Group giving administrative support & providing H&S assistance. * Assist in maintaining legal compliance with HSE legislation & regulations for MRP Dublin & new markets by updating the legal register. * Manage all the admin with regards to ISO mgt. system inc. policies, procedures & training matrix based on the risk register & keep info up to date on SharePoint. * Organise & contribute to ISO & HSE & Quality inspections & audits (internal & external. * Perform Quality Assurance & Check of HSE & Quality data entry for weekly, monthly & annual incident reports. * Develop weekly travel risk updates, as well as monitor country risk changes according to the MRP risk register & travel policies & share them. * Submit & maintain HSE & Quality incident, accident report logs & track internal audit actions. * Maintain close monitoring of HSE & Quality software tools performance, track the correction of issues with IT team, receive & handle all quality complaints filed by HSE&Q platform users. * Organise & assist in the delivery of HSE & Quality training for the Dublin office & update & maintain all training providers data, evaluate performance & provide feedback. * Liaise with MRP departments on ISO system updates & user complaints, also with Arena House mgt. company & external stakeholders (EPA, HSA, building mgt. company, certifying bodies, industry associations) on HSE & QUALITY matters where required. * Help with the design of HSE & Quality initiatives, communication campaigns & innovation. * Track contractor EHS performance for current & prospective current service providers to the MRP Dublin office. * Maintain a record of HSE & Quality related equipment & systems in Dublin office & organise all maintenance required. * Keep a record of all HSE & Quality meetings, following up & closing out action items. * Perform general office HSE & Quality duties & other tasks as assigned. Experience. * Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment or industrial eng degree would be preferable. * Proven experience working with ISO compliant mgt. systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001. * Knowledge of EHS & or Compliance Programs. * Strong organisational skills, record keeping & attention to detail. * First-rate verbal & written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint desirable. * Fluent English is essential & Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
