Business Development / Telesales Executive. Salary: OTE €50-60k. Location: Dublin City Centre. Job Type: Permanent. Firstaff is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Associate with a background in telesales, account management and networking. We are looking for a Business Development Associate who: Has a drive to establish themselves in a thriving industry. Has minimum 2 years’ experience working in a telesales or business development role. Strong academics preferred, but not essential, if you are willing to dedicate yourself to learning the industry. A desire to undertake extensive and comprehensive research tasks in order to identify new business opportunities. Self-motivated and driven. Resilience: a sales role means constant rejection. You need to show resilience to succeed. Competitive nature: the recruitment industry is extremely competitive so a competitive attitude is desired. A drive to earn money.
