Cost Manager [Consultancy] - Dublin City. Neg + Package. A global consultancy who provide expertise for a large construction projects worldwidehave a requirement a for a Cost Manager for their Dublin office. This position will involve working on exciting and challenging projects internationally. You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying or similar. Responsibilities: To undertake full scope of cost management services including pre/post contract cost planning: Understanding of Commercial & Residential, new build and refurbishment. Experience of various contract forms. Advising clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost. Ideally: You will be an experienced Quantity/Project Surveyor with good numeracy, verbal and written communication skills. You will possess post graduate experience in quantity surveying environment.
