Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager – West Dublin. ICDS are currently working with a Tier 1 Construction Consultancy, with interests in Ireland, the UK, and Worldwide to recruit a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager/Engineer to join their project team on high profile Tech project in West Dublin. You will be in charge of change management, estimating, payments, contract services, accounts etc. Candidates must hold a relevant Construction related degree / Diploma qualification. The successful QS/Cost Manager/ Engineer will have strong Commercial and contractual knowledge and will be able to work as part of an integrated team on a range of projects, confident working under pressure to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
