Head of Compliance - Contract. €400 / €600 Daily rate DOE. Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will report directly to the CCO. Your compliance activities will invole advisory, monitoring, training services as well as overseeing the regulatory reporting. You will also The Compliance fulfil the role of the MLRO. You will have the opportunity to engage in cross European projects and work in collaboration with the other locations on projects. Your Technical Knowledge and Skills. In-depth working knowledge of the legislation and regulations for the Irish and EU financial services regulatory environment. MiFID and Client Asset Requirements. Intermediate knowledge of the UK financial services regulatory environment. Previous experience of Central Bank of Ireland interaction, including inspections and liaison with a Supervisory team.
