Salary - DOE. A leading Irish insurer based in Dublin City Centre is looking to add a Claims Handler to their anti-fraud team. The successful candidate will report directly to a Claims Operations Manager and take an active part in delivering the companies Anti-Fraud strategy. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of claims from referral through to litigation stage. Identify, investigate and resolve claims. Help develop anti-fraud claims framework, processes and procedure along with Claims Manager and senior team members. Consult external anti-fraud advisors to assist in development of procedures. Maintain a keen knowledge of claims handling protocols and keep up to date on all anti-fraud trends and activities. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as an anti-fraud claims specialist. 5 years experience in insurance industry. Knowledge of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Motor and Property claims. Experience with claims in litigation process to Circuit Court level. CIP qualification.
