EMEA Freight Carrier Services Manager

Role Summary: Working for one of the World’s best Global 3PL’s, your role will be based on site with one one of the World's leading brands. This role, in summary, will involve Projects and Managing Carrier Service levels on a 4PL basis. Summary Responsibilities: Ability to identify opportunities and initiate projects independently. Coordinate with multiple warehouses, carriers. Analyze performance data and create efficiency improvement opportunities. Manage ongoing delivery projects, delivery engagements. Escalation Management and Root Cause Analysis. Create work plans and milestone definition. Working knowledge on dispatch, track and trace systems. Ability to create and provide presentations on performance levels to vendors and customer. Proactive approach to cost saving, consolidation, and on-time performance initiatives. Define and deliver upon critical success factors. Multitask and Reprioritize work as needed. Coordinate team training, career development, and performance management Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements: Qualification in Supply chain. Min 5+ years Transportation/Logistics experience within a multi modal area based in Ireland. (Air, Ocean & Road. Operations and Strategic/Account Management experience preferred. Demonstrated successful track record in project implementation. Dynamic personality; accustomed to hosting meetings. Ability to lead cross-functional communication. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Highly motivated, results-driven attitude. Availability to travel 20% (Europe & USA. Terms: Permanent, full-time.
