Unijobs on behalf of our client, Office of the Chief Information Officer at the HSE are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator who will primarily work as part of two core teams to provide project and administrative support. The initial assignment will involve working with the Senior Resource Manager to support the establishment of a single process for management of augmented contract staff and creation of a contracts management function. This role will be combined with working with the HR Lead, Business Operations to initially establish an on-boarding and induction programme. Based on shared direction from both Leads, typical duties may involve preparation of project documents in MS Office suite and full ownership of planning, tracking and completion of specific deliverables within work assignments. Other duties involve assisting with the creation of the employee on-boarding process and managing the creation of the full suite of documents including progress reports and presentations. An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint is required. Location: Dr.Steeven's Hospital, Steeven's Lane, Dublin 8 (Heuston Station) with the possibility of 1-2 days a week in Kells, Co. Meath. Salary: €27,000 - €32,000. Responsibilities may also include, but are not restricted to: The setup and maintenance of project library information, including - but not restricted to: Various management plans. Status Reports. Project Schedules. Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to procedures and processes. Support budgeting and finance procedures. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Prepare procurement, meeting and workshop materials. Assist colleagues as requested. Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office, HR or project support environment. Must demonstrate experience of having an excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing. Having experience in the following applications would be an advantage and experience should be demonstrated: MS Project. SharePoint. Demonstrate good problem solving, analytical and decision making skills. Demonstrate evidence of production of quality deliverables. Demonstrate understanding of Irish Healthcare system. Business Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to organise work with an organized manner. Self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility. The ability to interact with key stakeholders in a professional manner. Ideally applicants should have their own mode of transport.
