This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced chef to work in one of Ireland’s foremost kitchens to produce food of the highest standard. The salary for the Senior Chef de Partie job is €29,000. Key Job Duties: Working within your section and with the rest of the kitchen team to produce and present food of the highest quality. Managing and training the chefs within your section. Managing stock and waste, and ensuring adherence to hotel SOPs, HACCP, etc. Job Requirements: 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel. Proven excellence in fine-dining cooking and plating. Strong management, communication and leadership skills.
