Key Job Duties: Working within your section and with the rest of the kitchen team to produce and present food of the highest quality. Managing and training the chefs within your section. Managing stock and waste, and ensuring adherence to hotel SOPs, HACCP, etc. Job Requirements: 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel. Strong management, communication and leadership skills. Proven excellence in fine-dining cooking and plating.
