Customer Service Administration Support - Temp, on-going. Location: Dublin 12 (Rialto area. Salary: €12.50 per hour, weekly paid. Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Monday to Friday. NB: For the right person, there is a strong possibility of the role coverting to permanent. Permanent staff qualify for additional benefits including pension, health cover, study assistance etc. Our client, a supplier of electronics components to trade customers and businesses are seeking to hire an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is keen to learn and join an organisation where have the potential to secure a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have proven customer services experience and be comfortable working with computer applications and systems. The role is varied and will involve support a number of functions within the business on a daily basis including cover on the trade counter area where you will be dealing face to face with customers. The job; The role will involve working as part of the Customer Service function but also supporting other activities within the business i.e. Returns & Trade Counter with administrative and data processing duties. Key duties and responsibilities; Daily processing of credit card orders onto an online system. Daily processing of credits/returns onto SAP, workig closely with the Warehouse Manager & Stock Controller to ensure stock figure are updated and that the returned stock is corrrectly recorded on the SAP system. Creating delivery notes/dockets on SAP and other ad hoc duties. Providing daily relief cover for Trade counter, assisting the trade counter team in addition to providing annual leave cover. Dealing with trade, business and general passing customers at the trade counter, handling cash/credit sales and processing product sales on the system. Preparing paperwork and organising the dispatch of units for re-calibration for customers, printing documentation and getting units ready to forward to the external vendor. Ad hoc task as assigned from day to day. Essential Skills: A positive and flexible attitude. A demonstrated ability to multitask. Willingness to learn. Eager and enthusiastic. Keen to grow and develop within an organisation. Attention to detail. Computer literate. Experience Required: Customer service experience. Proven ability to multitask.
