Description

Data Analyst for leading Pharmaceutical company in the South East Dublin area. The Purpose of this role is to provide Data Analyses to the Sales & Marketing Manager, Regional Field Sales Managers, Product Managers, Finance Manager & Office & Administration Manager. The includes update and maintenance of the MIS Call Reporting Support System and BI CRM systems. The role also includes acting as Deputy Stock Controller working in SAP, excel. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities. - Maintenance and control of MIS Call Reporting System & BI CRM reporting. - Monthly Analysis of IMS data and submission of weekly and monthly reports to HQ. - Deputy Stock Controller. MIS/BI CRM. Weekly Call Rate & Coverage Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager, Regional Field Sales Managers and General Manager. Monthly BI CRM Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager. Monthly Call Rate, Coverage & Frequency Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager. Monthly Activities Confirmation on MIS for update of BI CRM system. IMS. Weekly/Monthly Reporting of IMS Sales to RFSM's and Ex-Factory Sales to HQ. Monthly upload of IMS IRLP file to HQ. Creation of IMS, ex-factory sales, FF activity slides for Budget and Forecast presentations. Deputy Stock Controller - to act in place of Stock Controller in case of absence. On a monthly basis complete 24 month rolling forecasts and PO's for purchase of product. Generate the orders with a unique sequential Purchase Order (PO) number, unique product codes, product descriptions, order quantity and date of delivery. PO's are printed and reviewed for accuracy. Send all forecasts and PO's to relevant supplier within the first 5 days of each month. A Despatch Note confirming product, product code, batch number, expiry date, MPIL PO number and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming batch release is received are sent to Distributor so that a PO for the incoming delivery can be raised. Once PO is received sent onto logistics so that delivery of product can be arranged. Any discrepancies between the delivery and the order received are highlighted by distributor and notified to the SC through a Delivery Discrepancy Notification. This information is then forwarded to the supplier and Quality Manager for tracking and trending. CoA's are checked for the Batch Release date and this is recorded in the Product Stock Reconciliation Tracker. This information is then passed to Medical so that Outers / PIL's can be obtained for UDD to check implementation dates of any variations. Notify all stakeholders of OOS (out of stock) & expected delivery date. Complete if required Shortages Report and submit to HPRA. Deal with all issues relating to stock queries / delivery / destruction. Set up all new product lines and promotional lines. Supply relevant product information for MOCK Recall to Medical Department as required i.e. presentation, batch number, expiry date, date of receipt. Assist Medical Department with any temperature control issues with stock while in transit i.e. liaise with logistics or transport company to get the relevant temp logs. ASSISTING QUALITY / MEDICAL DEPARTMENT. Assisting Quality Manager / Medical Department in the role out of SOP's and scanning and upload to local system. Filing and archiving as required, plus any other ADHOC requirements. Answering calls / dealing with enquiries / general administrative support i.e filing, archiving, franking mail etc. Dealing with callers to the office - deliveries, post, couriers, etc. Min 2yrs Data Analysis experience is required. Previous stock control experience /2yrs working in a purchasing department dealing with stock forecasting is preferred. Salary will depend on experience. This is a 9-12 month contract.
