My client a US Tech start-up setting up a European Head quarters in Ireland currently have a requirement for a qualified accountant to join their expanding team. You must be qualified with 4 years or more finance experience from the tech industry. If you have start up experience this would be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES. •Collaborate with local financial service providers to ensure a smooth and timely financial close process. •Review journal entries, bank and balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data. •Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting. •Business partner with employees across the organization. •Assist in the research of data, entries, payments issued and audit routines. •Project work and involvement in setting up parts of finance and improving policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS. •Qualified Accountant with 4 years pqe, Must have Tech experience and a multi-national background. •US GAAP exposure. •IFRS and any local GAAP is a plus. •Previous experience in an EMEA-wide start-up, scale-up or multinational environment.
