Design & Development Manager - Residential. ICDS Group are continuing our exclusive partnership with one of Ireland's prominent high-end property developers who are seeking an experienced Design & Development Manager to join their talented team in Dublin city centre. In this unique role you will lead planning applications, create feasibility studies and manage external design team ensuring constructability and value engineering is achieved on several of their cutting-edge housing and apartment developments across Dublin and Leinster. WHAT YOU NEED: Degree in Architecture or similar. 7 or more years Architectural / design management experience. Ideally both housing and apartment experience. Experience managing challenging design teams on complex residential projects. High rise apartment development experience is desirable. Strong planning regulation and development experience is required. Additional degree in planning or similar is a big plus. WHAT YOU GET: Key senior role with one of Irelands most prominent developers. Work closely with highly successful Real Estate and Fund management Directors. Have an impact on the design team’s culture as the company goes. Develop some of the most prestigious sites acquired around Dublin in recent years.
