IDEAL CANDIDATE: Good PC Skills to include MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people. Effective communication skills, in order to deal tactfully and sensitively with people at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative with drive to succeed. Educated to Level 7 or holding a professional business qualification. Previous experience within a HR or administration environment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES. To provide support to the HR Organisational Development team , providing solutions and working on projects to enhance the. effectiveness of HR and ultimately customer service within HR team. Understand the business and ensure that all practices and procedures. comply with best HR and modern practice. To assist in the delivery of the policies and procedures to enhance. improved process management approach across the HR team.
