Employee Relations Specialist. Working as a trusted partner of our large global client, Sanderson is recruiting for an Employee Relations professional to deliver on a 12 Month Contract. Role Summary. Reporting to the HR Director and responsible for providing guidance on policies and programmes and supporting relationships with 2 Trade Unions, Management and Employees. Responsibilities. Support good communication and positive relationships with Employees and Management to promote Employee satisfaction, and build effective working relationships with Trade Unions to effect change efficiently and effectively through the existing consultation processes in place. Promote a culture of Diversity and Inclusion acting as D&I Lead on Diversity Council. Provide guidance and coaching to managers regarding the interpretation of policies and programmes, employment legislation, diversity and operational effectiveness/ improvements. Conduct investigations for employee relations complaints, grievances and breaches of Company/ Regulatory procedures. Maintain good collaborative relations with Managers and Trade Union representatives through regular Company/ Trade Union forums. Support and drive business excellence through ensuring effective Performance Management structures are in place. Qualifications and Experience. Strong interpersonal skills. At least 4 years' experience in a similar role in a Unionised environment. Relevant qualification. Expert knowledge of HR best practice and Irish employment law.
