Part Time/Receptionist. Are you currently looking for permanent part-time work in a busy office environment? Do you have excellent customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail ? If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join busy offices in Dublin City Centre. The working hours are 13.00 to 18.00 Monday – Friday . This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a fantastic team and company with numerous industry awards over the years. Responsibilities: •Operating busy Switchboard. •Travel Arrangements. •Diary Management, scheduling rooms for meetings. •Administrative duties/ support to managers and directors. •Expense Reconciliation. •First point of contact for anyone who comes through the doors. •Facilities management/ maintaining clean reception. Requirements: •Excellent customer service skills. •1 years’ reception experience required. •Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. •Positive attitude. •Excellent MS Office skills.
