Requirements: Min 4 years Broadband technical support experience. Experience and knowledge of FTTC, FTTH, DSL, MPLS, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, IP Subnetting. Experience troubleshooting routers, modems. ITIL certified. Excellent knowledge and understanding of broadband, web browsers, computer operating systems. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
