You will be responsible for maintaining daily HACCP systems & kitchen safety. You'll be working with the kitchen to deliver outstanding dishes - every time. About You: You have a formal culinary qualification of at least 2 years i.e City & Guilds 706/1 - 706/2. You have at least 3 years experience as a chef.
