FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting a customer support agent for our customer based in South Dublin. 4-month role. The key responsibilities are: Ensure that we offer excellent client experience to our members. Manage incoming calls and client support enquiries. Constantly enhance and track our digital ecosystem to generate a world-class service. Create and implement digital communications that attract participants and encourage the use of fresh mobility solutions. Duties. Provide a high level of client assistance by answering client requests across all media - telephone, email and social media. Ensure instant email reply to all client requests. Ensure that an effective claim process is adhered to. Follow the present support process and enhance it by creating protocols and processes to streamline activities, improve reaction times and improve the amount of service supplied to customers. Monitor and implement all client procurement activities (Welcome packs, FAQs, etc.) Manage the direct email marketing and segmentation of our customer base. Work closely with maintenance and support partners to ensure our on-street assets are always operational. Skills. Organized and motivated solutions. Ability to multi-task effectively and operate on their own initiative. Outgoing and friendly character. Calm, empathetic and critical. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent communication and administrative abilities. Organized and fluent with technology. Requirements. 1-2 years of customer service/call centre experience. Fluent English (Spoken and Written.
