Job Title: Retail Store Manager - Dublin. Noel Recruitment is searching for an experienced Retail Store Manager on behalf of our client based in Dublin. An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to join a successful retail team at one of Ireland's well-known convenience retail stores. Role & Responsibilities: Day to day management of staff and business ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. To lead from the front and ensure business operations are kept at the highest standard at all times. To prepare staff rotas, task allocation, dealing with sales targets, margins and gross profit etc. To manage, motivate and develop the teams to contribute to the overall success of the business. To be accountable for ordering, stocking and pricing inventories. To ensure all the HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times. Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and managing P&L to reduce costs and increase profitability. Reporting to the senior management directly. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar role. Must have good organizational, leadership and motivational skills. Experience in dealing with people i.e. customers, staff and suppliers. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and hands-on attitude. Experience in driving and managing a fast-paced store with a passion for retail. Business minded, driven and ambitious to succeed.
