Description

HR Information System Coordinator – Dublin North. The HR Projects Co-ordinator will support the HR Division in the development and delivery of key strategic projects including implementation of a HRIS including Time Management System, Performance Management Automation and Policy sign off implementation. Our client provide health and social care services in the Dublin and North East area. This opportunity is a 6 Month contract opportunity. Job Overview: Drive the delivery of the following key HR Projects: Project lead for the development and Implementation of a Time Management System. (TMS. Assist in the development, implementation and automation of the Performance Management Process. Assist in the development, implementation and automation of the Policy Sign off process. Assimilate data from the various services, in relation to working hours, rosters and shifts and input this data into the HRIS System in preparation for the development of the TMS system. Partner with the relevant external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development, testing and roll out of the projects. Carry out User acceptance testing at all stages of the projects to ensure compliance with the requirements set out in either the functionality document or with internal. Design documentation such as user manuals that will be presented to management and staff on the roll out of the various projects. g. User Manual for the TMS. Train and Support Managers upon the roll out and implementation of the above projects. Carry out other HR duties as assigned from time to time. Candidate Requirements: Third Level Degree in a HR Related Discipline. 3 years + experience working in a HR role with experience working on HRIS development, integration or implementation. Proven experience of operating an employee rostering system. Proven experience managing a Time Management System (TMS. Experience in the development and implementation of a TMS system is preferable. Experience in HRIS, systems integration/ maintenance and development with proficient working knowledge of general business and HR practices.
