Hire Coordinator - Hire Equipment. Location: Sth West Dublin, bordering Kildare. Salary: €24-32K Neg DOE. Our client, an established and busy equipment hire business is seeking to hire an experienced Hire Coordinator to join their existing team. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience working in a similar/allied business and have strong customer service and administration skills. The role will include: Taking/recording orders over the phone for the hire of equipment. Applying the correct rate to the contract on the computer system and producing the hire contract. Liaising with their Transport Department to ensuring the timely delivery/collection of equipment. Liaising with the Workshop Manager regarding the availability of equipment for hire. Skills required: A professional and competent phone manner. Computer literate and proficient. Ability to multitask and keen to provide an excellent service to customers.
