Clinical Sales Professional. Location: Dublin 2. Salary: Neg €30-35K basis + uncapped commission. Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday inclusive (flexible to work to 8pm on Thursday, Saturday is a 4pm finish. Our client, a Hair Restoration business, 40 years in business are seeking to hire a confident sales professional to consult with new prospective customers whilst maintaining an established client base. Currently launching a new treatment to hair loss, this is a new role as they expand the business through 2019 and beyond. The ideal candidate will: Empathise with concerns relating to hair loss. Have the ability to build lasting relationships/ manage existing clients. Follow up and confirm appointments with prospective customers. Managing clinic operations (reporting, banking, admin etc.) Requirements: Strong Sales background (face to face) - minimum 2 years. Confident & Clinical sales approach. Image Awareness. Determination for business growth. Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to work without constant supervision. Must be results focused. High proficiency in English. Knowledge of MS Office. Fast learner and a passion for sales. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available. Persists in sales even in the face of failure. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary (50% of work load. Answers questions from clients. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them. Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market. Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement. Makes product appeal to the target market. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
