Talent Acquisition Sourcer. You will manage the high volume customer support recruitment end-to-end, specific focus will be placed on building pipeline of candidates. You will also manage the selection and offer process. The opportunity exists for this role to expand and support the Talent Acquisition needs of other parts of the business both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will report to the Recruitment Manager for this 12 Month Contract. Key responsibilities. Work closely with the team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline. Utilise various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, LinkedIn, etc) to find appropriate active and passive candidates. Perform data mining and proactive, outbound calls to reach and acquire active and passive candidates. Review CVs and pre-screen candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for the roles within remit.
