Job title: Collections Agent. Salary: €30,000-€36,000. Location: Dublin City Centre. Duration: Permanent. Looking for an experienced Collections Agent to join our busy Dublin team today. You will report directly to the Head of Collections and Servicing. Responsibilities: Working in a queue support model to meet daily targets for customers in arrears. Reducing the level of unpaid debt among borrowers. Collecting unpaid debt with the appropriate tone and attitude while achieving targets. Establishing effective relationships to ensure effective information flow. Cash allocation and correct identification of customer receipts to enable immediate posting. Making Credit recommendations to new and existing customers. Setting up direct debits on internal and third-party systems. Requirements: 2 years’ consumer collections experience. Mortgage collections experience desirable. Knowledge of billing and collections procedures. Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivots essential.
