Job title: Asset Manager (Commercial. Salary: Negotiable - depending on experience. Duration: Permanent. Looking for experienced Commercial Asset Managers who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of borrower connections, interacting with the client and meeting their requirements within agreed timeframes. Responsibilities: Responsibility for 50-100 borrower connections. Managing connections effectively and efficiently while adhering to all internal and/or legislative policies. Conduct due diligence on the loan portfolio and assist with producing the best strategy for maximising loan recovery. Management of underlying assets securing loans – implementation of strategies for debt recovery and ongoing management of secured assets. Drafting of credit applications for discussion and review with client. Assisting Senior Managers in the organisation of borrower meetings and if required, act as point of contact for the borrower, their advisors and the client. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services – Commercial Asset Recovery. APA/QFA. Experience managing cases through the insolvency process – liquidation, receivership and examinership. Experience dealing directly with borrowers. Solid financial analysis skills – experience reviewing and understanding audited financial statements, management accounts and financial forecasts. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel.
