Job title: Anti-Bribery and Corruption Manager. Salary: €70,000. Location: Dublin City Centre. Duration: Permanent. A privately-owned investment company is looking for an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Manager to join their Financial Crime Compliance department in Dublin. Responsibilities: Supporting the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Regional Heads as well as the overall global financial crime compliance functions. Managing the Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance risk regionally and providing global programme coverage including deputising for regional heads. Owning, implementing and overseeing the Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme. Developing and maintaining a risk-based Anti-Bribery and Corruption governance framework of policies, monitoring and assurance appropriate to the bribery and corruption risks the company faces. Ensuring adequate training and awareness of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy. Developing and overseeing the sanctions process for any violations of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme. Providing regular reports to senior management and the company’s Board. Participating in audit and regulatory reviews or inspections relating to Anti-Bribery and Corruption for the region. Requirements: 5-7 years’ experience working in financial services, compliance, risk and/or legal. Subject matter expert in Anti-Bribery and Corruption. Experience in a top tier law firm, law enforcement, financial industry regulatory agency, "Big 4" accounting firm (audit, tax, litigation support/consulting) or major litigation practice is a significant advantage. Advanced degree or professional licenses such as CPA, CFE, CIA, CISA, JD are highly desirable. Analytical with a demonstrated record of solving complex issues.
