Job Purpose : As a Test Lead you will be leading testers with the ability to plan testing and report progress to the test manager on behalf of the test team. You will also ensure high quality by performing testing activities to confirm that software developed meets the acceptance criteria for the user. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Present requirements to business and technical stakeholders and collaborate to identify a suitable solution. Document and execute test plans and test cases. Track and report on execution of test plans. Support key stakeholders in identification and resolution of issue in test and production environments. Present at project status meetings and help drive project deliverables. Continuously improve processes and tools. Ensure that the team delivers high quality solutions on time and that it meets client and user business needs. Ensure high quality by performing testing activities to confirm that solutions developed meets acceptance criteria for the user. Knowledge/Experience: Previous experience as test lead(requirements gathering and documentation on technical projects) and as a tester (creating an executing test plans. Passion for continuous improvement. Evidence of strong academic achievement. Requirements. * Test Planning & Estimating Writing test conditions, scenarios & test cases. * Test execution Integration, System, Regression testing. * Problem reporting, defect tracking. * Documentation Test Plans, Test Summaries, Test Reports Quality Center. * Setting Up Releases & Test Cycles. * Uploading Requirements & Requirements Traceability, Writing Test Cases: using QC Functions - Call to Test and Parameters. * Executing Test Cases in Test Lab. * Defects Module.
