Cpl Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Pharmacy Store Manager on behalf of our client to work in a busy community Pharmacy in The Square, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The successful candidate would be required to work full-time over Mon – Fri. There will be a competitive package on offer for the successful candidates as well as training and career progression. What we're looking for. There are four key pillars to the Pharmacy Store Manager role with this Pharmacy. Creating a truly Customer-focused Pharmacy. Leading team behaviour to ensure customers always know that they are at the core of our business. Listening to our customers, understanding what would make their lives better and finding ways to work with the business to deliver on this. Building a strong working relationship with the Supervising Pharmacist and all team members in the pharmacy to ensure seamless delivery of service to our customers. Leading & developing your team. Building teams, recruiting and mentoring the best candidates to work towards common goals. Fostering a learning environment, consistently developing staff knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and mentoring. Demonstrating your leadership daily, providing the direction and motivation required to deal with challenges and celebrating success. Ability to demonstrate a real Commercial Focus. Understanding the commercial needs of the business, creating an environment where teams are aware of what they need to achieve, and providing the structures to allow them to deliver the required results. Effective management of store operating, staff and stock costs. Effective communication with the Support Office team, ensuring that your store has a real voice within the business to secure the support you need to deliver for our customers. Operational standards. Ensuring the highest of Store Standards are maintained for our customers and our teams. Strict adherence to policies relating to the management of Stock and Cash. Understanding the importance of following process, but also being confident to make the right local decisions in the interests of delivering for our customers and the pharmacy team. Managing customer events and local initiatives in conjunction with our Marketing team. Essential Criteria. The successful candidate must have a Recognised Qualification and experience in a management position. The Ideal candidate will have previous Pharmacy Technician Experience in a busy pharmacy setting but not essential. The successful candidate will have accurate data entry skills with strong management and organisational skills. The candidate must be flexible and proactive to meet varied business needs including willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment. You should be self-motivated and able to work independently with an excellent attention to detail. All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
