Marketing Assistant. Our client a Market Leading Irish Shower Enclosure Company, established in 1952 have an exciting opportunity to join their team. They are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant. This role will be based at the company's Dublin HQ in Santry, Dublin 9 and is Full time Permanent . Job Overview. You will assist the Marketing team in the planning, development and delivery of a busy marketing. schedule as the company expands into the European market. The role entails: Coordinate design projects with graphic design agency. Create new briefs, review and provide feedback. Manage all company POS and promotional materials for Ireland and Exports. Assist in delivering the Companys digital marketing strategy. Support field sales team and key account contacts to deliver marketing supports. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all promotional activity. Desk market research, data collation and competitor analysis duties. Organise events and trade show activity as required. Manage invoice tracking for marketing activities. Contribute to the creation of innovative marketing campaigns. Essential Criteria. Third level qualification in a marketing, digital marketing or business-related area. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. May also suit someone from a strong sales background with a marketing qualification looking to move into marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and time management skills. Digital and social media marketing experience. Strong computer and numeric skills proficiency in excel essential. Graphic design skills desirable e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator. Commercial acumen and excellent people skills (customer-focused. Team player with ability to manage workload and work autonomously.
