Lean Six Sigma Process Specialist. This is a wonderful new role to drive, facilitate & support the roll out of a Continuous Improvement environment using Lean Six Sigma (LSS. This company is creating a culture where everyone uses best practice & can execute change on a short & long-term strategic initiatives. It is a hands on, visible role where you will be leading cross functional teams across the organization. You will be : - Conducting end to end process diagnosis to identify improvement opportunities & bottlenecks across the business using Six Sigma & Lean tools & techniques. Lead & Drive Improvement Projects & processes to reduce waste & improve efficiency whilst building capabilities & ensuring knowledge transfer in teams. Defining & cascading relevant metrics at all levels. Developing & leading teams enabling self-sufficiency in problem solving via training, coaching & assessment. Communicating to multiple audiences on a regular basis & effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Interacting at all levels of the organization to drive & influence improvement objectives. Acting as a mentor on Six Sigma & Lean projects to support an excellence mindset. Helping to maximize LSS usage & minimising resistance to change. Identifying, analysing & preparing risk & resistance mitigation tactics. You will be a results oriented, tenacious, insightful, customer focused person; adept at managing change, & be commercially aware and be ready to hit the ground running given your skills & experience. Essential Experience: Degree or equivalent, plus min 8 years progressive exp. in executing Organizational Effectiveness / Transformation initiatives. Ideally you be a Black Six Sigma but Green belt is also acceptable. Understand business processes, risk management, IT controls & have managed & guided Lean Six Sigma projects. Core Competencies: Demonstrate previous Change Management, Process improvement & business transformation projects. Knowledge of Goal Aalignment (Operational Master Planning, Performance measures, Operational reviews, std routines & problem solving. Highly developed decision making & problem solving skills using LSS. Excellent communications skills - explaining complex topics simply. Influence others to embrace change & adopt excellent processes & practices. Results Focused - driving initiatives to achieve business goals. Enjoy developing People - Proven ability to coach & train; deliver messages, lead workshops, develop people in training / coaching environment. Capability to lead & motivate cross functional teams & engage others in this change. Have a genuine passion for change & enrichment of the work place utilizing world class improvement techniques.
