Fantastic permanent opportunities available to support my client in the healthcare sector as they look to transform their operations and quality frameworks. You will play a key role in the future growth and quality agenda for my client and will form a major part of their 10 year transformation strategy. You must come from a healthcare, clinical background and have a proven track record implementing quality frameworks and process improvements. Quality training and or a Masters Degree in quality or public health are prerequisites for this role. Key Skills - At least five years experience in a healthcare environment. Preferable to have direct clinical experience at the front line in a healthcare setting before moving into a more corporate, business transformation, process improvement position. Proven track record leading out on quality, governance, assurance. Proven experience implementing and monitoring national and international healthcare standards. Proven experience managing all aspects of quality and safety in a complex medical service including risk management. You need to have vision, be dynamic, personable, collaborative, lead by example, have a democratic inclusive leadership style, high level of professionalism and personal integrity, be flexible, have a high level of emotional intelligence.
