Description

Sales Office Manager - South Dublin. Core responsibilities: Lead and guide team. Resolution of escalation issues. Administration: Processing quotations / orders/ order acknowledgements correctly and in a timely manner. Advising production of conversions/new builds and advising lead times to customers. Process invoices a daily basis and ensure EOM is closed timely. Updating customer records. Review of customer accounts and their outstanding orders. Review of stock levels to meet customers orders. Providing support and information to Sales Area Managers on accounts where required. Customer Service: Respond to emails and telephone queries with efficiency. Provide information on products & pricing for sales enquiries. Provide after-sales support to customer. Generate RMA’s and update customer complaints where required. Reports: Weekly sales reports to Sales Director & Management on EU & RW accounts. Produce on-time delivery reports & provide sales team with information required for budget reporting. Sales budget reporting (turnover & outstanding orders ) Office KPI reports. Interested candidates should be: Professional, self-driven, efficient and ambitious. A pleasant and helpful manner in dealing with customers over the phone or in face-to face meetings is essential. A proven record of leading a team in an office environment. Good time management, and organisational skills are required. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint is required.
