Job title: Senior Customer Relations Specialist. Salary: Up to €55,000 depending on experience. Location: Dublin 4. Duration: Permanent. Do you want to work in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented organisation? Our client is responsible for Ireland’s national electricity grid. They are looking for a strong Customer Relations Specialist to join their busy team in South Dublin today! Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries in a proactive manner. Manage the organisation’s relationships with its customers. Provide technical support daily. Responsible for the account management of a number of key customer accounts. Deal with the general public daily and working with different parts of the organisation to ensure all customer requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Provide advice and support on customer engagement and industry forums and workshops. Requirements: 3rd level Engineering/Business Degree. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Customer Relations role. Knowledge of technical and contractual issues. External stakeholder/customer management experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interpret technical data quickly and communicate at all levels in a team environment. Ideally – exposure to various phases of large-scale capita investment projects.
