Job title: Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate. Salary: €35,000. Location: Dublin. Duration: Permanent. Our client is a global fintech leader. They are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate to join their busy Dublin office. In this job you will be responsible for the oversight of operational tasks. You will be responsible for a team of 1-2 people, providing expertise, training and support to the wider team. Responsibilities: Daily and weekly task plans for the team and ensure same are completed. Provide feedback on team performance to assistant team leader. Ensure all client projects (UCITS, PRIIPs and MiFID services) are carried out within agreed client SLAs. Review documents that have been prepared by associates before they are delivered to assistant team leader/team leader/client. Collate and review monthly invoices and ensure accuracy before passing to assistant team leader to review. Carry out training sessions and cross training within the team where requested by the assistant team leader/team leader. Collate and review monthly KPI data for collation into one pack. Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Transfer Agency. Relevant third level qualification. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
