Our client, a Tier 1 contractor are recruiting for an experienced BCAR Engineer to work on a project in Dublin City Centre. Main Responsibilities: • Attending client, design and site meetings. • Contribute to a team environment, sharing ideas and solutions. • Gathering of documentation for commencement and completion notices. • Preparing commencement and completion notices. • Compilation and production of inspection plans and tracking of same during the course of the project. • Compilation of required product certification from contractors. • Reporting to the Assigned Certifier on a regular basis. • Correspond with Building Control as required. • Undertaking timely site inspections with documented reporting on same. • Tracking of open compliance issues on projects to ensure satisfactory closure. • Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project. • Using the company compliance system for all of the above tasks. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or similar. • Min of 1 year experience in a similar role. • Excellent IT skills. • Understanding of Building Control Legislation and Building Regulations. Salary and benefits will depend on experience.
