Main Duties / Responsibilities. Take and resolve front line support calls (phone, email and ticketing system. Work directly with the customer. Provide application configuration and maintenance. Install the T&A application and databases. Install and maintain the clocking terminal hardware. Liaise closely with Sales and Development teams. Requirements. Minimum 1 years' experience in IT Support role. Must have a full Irish driving license and own car. Experience working with SQL. Be familiar with and competent in using standard electrical tools.
