Opportunity to join leading energy organisation. Reporting to the Senior HR People Partner, the HR People Partner is the first point of contact to offer advice, support and guidance on all HR related issues to all levels of management and employee population. Responsible for the provision of HR support to the assigned business across a wide range of functions, including talent management, organisational design, succession planning, performance management, occupational health, manpower planning, recruitment, on & off boarding and employee relations. Acting within a team of HR People Partners as a HR support to the business. Relevant 3rd level qual. with 3 years’ experience in HR. Ideally some experience of dealing with ER/IR issues. Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others.
