Lead Recruiter. Sanderson is working in partnership with its large Irish FMCG client to recruit a SR Recruiter / Recruitment Lead to deliver on a full cycle 360 role and lead a small team. Role Summary. You will lead the Recruitment function within this group company and contribute significantly to the development of employer of choice status in their industry. You will drive the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and partner with the HR team to help execute the people strategy. You will also partner with the various Irish business units to refine the recruitment process by working proactively with multiple teams to ensure a timely hiring process and client service delivery. You will be innovative in talent sourcing strategies and channels, working consistently and to the highest of standards. Responsibilities. Working with internal stakeholders to define their requirements. Build pipelines for operational roles in conjunction with people planning and operations teams. Source quality candidates using various methods including agency, website, network, print and social media. Undertake regular pay and benefits analysis. Lead the recruitment lifecycle process and drive high standards. Develop and deliver measurable recruitment statistics on a weekly/monthly basis. Interview and assess candidates using competency techniques and psychometrics. Hold assessment days for volume recruitment and key hires. Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and HR Team. Experience. Third level qualification in Human Resource Management with CIPD or working towards. Excellent communication skills. Proactive self-starter. Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service. Resilient and confident manner. Strong business and commercial acumen. Experience with high volume recruitment utilising social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and jobsites both nationally and internationally. In house recruitment or agency background.
