Technical Business Manager






Technical Sales Manager: Dublin based. FRS Recruitment have partnered with a UK based Leader of Chemicals for Construction Materials: Seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Manager: Dublin based ( Nationwide Territory. Call Daniella 086 7750646. To carry out direct marketing activities with new business to the budget, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales which shall be agreed with the Company. To respond to and follow up sales and technical enquiries for existing business and new business by post, telephone, and personal visits. To maintain and develop existing and new business through planned individual account support and liaison with UK Head Office to process new clients. To conduct market research, and customer surveys to support new product launches. To liaise and attend meetings with existing and new business and other Company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. To assist and advise on strategy to build the Company's market share in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, whilst identifying new potential markets. To contribute to the marketing plan and budget process. To coordinate customer deliveries, manage local stock levels whilst providing order and invoice information for business reporting processes. Requirements for The Technical Sales Manager. Technical / Construction qualification, together with a min, of 5years post qualification experience within industry. At least 5 years' experience in a Commercial/ Business Development construction environment ideally with concrete product knowledge. Possess excellent practical knowledge in process, business and commercial areas. Experience in identifying new opportunities, new channels, new accounts and relationships and delivering on their potential. Proven track record in achieving top line growth. Good influencing and presentation skills, Be a self-starter with good organisational skills. Ability to demonstrate a strong intuition in spotting and developing opportunities and also anticipating and understanding customers and end users needs.
