Ensure that all quotations are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner. Be an enthusiastic team player at all times and participate in special projects. Record and update customer database with relevant information, Ensure that all records are up to date, filed and easily assessable. Requirements for Inbound Telesales Executive. Excellent telephone mannerism, with strong clear communication skills. Min of 3 years' experience in similar role. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, upselling and cross selling.
