Role Intro. I am now recruiting for a very cool client in Dublin city centre who are looking for a number of ++ engineers who can hit the ground running. The type of engineer we are looking for can do the following: ++ on Linux. Multithreading and Concurrency. Real Time complexities. Has experience with collaboration with a multitude of different teams from varying backgrounds. Ownership of the code from inception, test to production. What you will be doing for the first 6 months: You will be tasked with getting up to speed on the domain with a view to full feature development responsibilities. Hiring and mentoring junior developers and enabling them to get up to speed. Help in creating a good collaborative culture within the team. This role is unique and will test your engineering skills to the full. You will have expert knowledge of design patterns and also object orientated design and development. You will be open minded from a technical perspective and be able to accept constructive criticism.
