Technical Manager (Residential developer. Dublin 4 € Excellent + Package. Required for leading private residential developer who are undertaking large apartment and housing projects across Dublin. The purpose of this role is to oversee the design of new homes to ensure the highest standards in contemporary living space design, delivering best-in-class designs in line with customer expectations. In your role as Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the overall technically delivery of design teams with particular focus on buildability, robustness of design and commercially astute design solutions, directly managing design teams from post planning through to completion. Management of information flows between design team and contractors and/or internal build teams and ensuring efficient solutions to maintain programme and commercial performance. Working as part of a project delivery team to ensure delivery to a high-quality, on programme and within budget parameters. Key requirements; Qualified Architect with 10+ years’ post qualification experience on residential. A passion for good design and strong appreciation of residential building form and aesthetic.
